Our Meals
The Cocktail Party is our most popular menu and is recommended for groups wishing to mingle and relax. The tray service provided allows everyone the opportunity of moving around the vessel and socialising whilst being served. All food is cooked on board and is of course, plentiful and delicious! If you choose, you can celebrate your party in more style with the addition of fresh seafood platters.

The Buffet Menu (NOT Available in December) includes a large range of home-style salads, crusty fresh bread and generous servings of chicken, ham, quiche or prawns. The meal is freshly prepared on board and is offered to groups with a maximum of 40 guests.

Music
The vessel is equipped with a modern music system capable of playing CD’s or connecting your portable MP3 device and you are welcome to bring a selection of your own music to be played throughout the cruise. However, if you a planning a night of dancing and partying we recommend that you consider having a professional take care of the music. A DJ can provide high quality sound and lighting and a wide range of music – to suit all tastes. Having a DJ on board can make an enormous difference to the success of an evening and can certainly encourage your guests to dance and enjoy themselves even more. Our regular DJ company offers a special rate to our customers. Please ask us about arranging the latest digital juke box or even karaoke if your group is really adventurous.
The Atmosphere
There is something unique about the atmosphere on the water – peaceful, picturesque water views by day and glittering lights and star filled skies at night. Whether yours is a daytime or evening function – each has its own compelling aspects to offer. Many people tell us that there is no need for any decorations as the water is the main attraction. If you require decorations, we would be happy to recommend a professional party business to assist you. During November and December the boat is decorated for Christmas – so talk to us about co-ordinating colours if you do wish to add your own decorations.
Our Crew
Commercial vessels such as ours must be crewed by highly qualified, experienced skipper (Master) and a deckhand (General Purpose Hand) – both of whom are trained in all aspects of vessel handling, navigation and safety. In fact, all of our crew (including those who serve your meals and drinks) are familiar with the waterway and well-versed in the special requirements of having a function on a vessel. We are confident that you will be delighted with the friendly, professional service of the crew.
Departure
Cruises depart from Cronulla Public Wharf, Tonkin Street, Cronulla at a time suitable to your cruise. We recommend that you ask your guests to be at the wharf fifteen minutes ahead of time. Boarding will take place five minutes before departure.
